The public website does not provide forms for medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, pregnancy status, consent signatures, treatment photographs, payment-card details, precise location, or detailed treatment requests. A general email link opens the visitor’s own email application and does not transmit information through this website.
How this website operates
The owner editor uses authenticated, server-side authorization. Public business content may be stored in the website database. The site does not enable advertising pixels, retargeting, session replay, or marketing analytics. Hosting infrastructure may process routine technical request information needed to operate and secure the service.
Browser storage and fonts
After you enter the shared scheduling access code, this website stores it in your browser so scheduling access remains open on that device. The Lock control removes the stored code; you can also clear it in your browser’s storage settings. This navigation feature does not verify patient identity or clinical eligibility.
Fonts are served from this website. Hosting infrastructure processes technical request information to operate and secure the website.
Embedded map
The service-area page includes a Google Maps map of College Station. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives routine technical information about the request. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to its service. The map does not request your location or check your treatment address. Submit that address only through Aesthetic Record.
External scheduling
Booking links take visitors to Howdy IV’s Aesthetic Record service. Howdy IV remains responsible for its own applicable duties concerning patient information handled through its service providers. Aesthetic Record’s platform notices do not replace those duties. A click does not mean a booking is complete.
