How it works
From booking to your doorstep
New patients complete a free Good Faith Exam before booking IV therapy. Once approved, use your access code to schedule a visit, then enter your address in Aesthetic Record.
- 1
New patients: Complete the free GFE questionnaire
Choose “Book a visit,” then start the free GFE questionnaire under “New patients.” Complete it in Aesthetic Record; no payment card or video call is required.
- 2
Wait for your GFE review
Our physician team usually reviews your questionnaire within 24 hours. No video call is needed. Once approved, you’ll receive your scheduling access code and link. Your GFE is generally valid for 12 months.
- 3
Approved patients: Schedule your IV visit
Enter your approved patient access code on our Schedule page (or open your approved link) to choose your IV service, pick a time, and keep a card on file. Booking 48+ hours ahead is preferred.
- 4
Confirm the visit address
Enter or update your College Station treatment address in Aesthetic Record. Our nurse reviews whether the location can be served before your visit.
- 5
Prepare for the home visit
Follow any preparation instructions in the secure patient portal. Most visits take approximately one hour after the nurse arrives.
- 6
Welcome your nurse
At the confirmed time and location, our Registered Nurse checks your ID and baseline vital signs before administering your IV hydration session.
Before your visit
What happens after your questionnaire?
GFE submitted
Your online medical questionnaire is in Aesthetic Record awaiting physician review (typically within 24 hours).
GFE approved (valid 12 months)
The physician has signed off on your chart and we have sent your Approved Patient Access Code to unlock IV scheduling.
IV visit scheduled & address confirmed
You have booked your treatment slot with a card on file and our nurse has verified your College Station address.
Clinical assessment comes first
Treatment suitability varies and IV therapy has risks. An authorized clinician determines eligibility. Howdy IV is not emergency care; call 911 for a medical emergency.Your visit address
Share your address when you book
Enter your home address in Aesthetic Record, not email. Our nurse checks whether we can reach your home before your visit.
