New patients: Start your free GFE

New patients complete a free online Good Faith Exam (GFE) questionnaire before scheduling IV therapy. Our physician team usually reviews it within 24 hours. No video call is needed. After approval, we’ll send your scheduling access code. Your GFE is generally valid for 12 months.

Before you schedule your IV visit

  1. 01Open the free GFE questionnaire in Aesthetic Record. Choose an available review slot and complete the online form ($0, no card required).
  2. 02Our physician team usually reviews your questionnaire within 24 hours. No video call is needed.
  3. 03Once approved, we send you your Approved Patient Access Code and direct scheduling link, valid for 12 months.

You can request a written estimate of expected charges before care. Read your Good Faith Estimate rights and request instructions. This financial estimate is separate from your clinical Good Faith Exam.
