Howdy IV does not accept insurance. All services are self-pay. Booking at least 48 hours ahead is preferred; earlier availability may be considered case by case. A card is kept on file, and treatment payment is due at the time of service. Cancel more than 12 hours before the appointment without a fee. Cancellations 12 hours or less before the appointment incur a $25 fee. If no one answers when the provider arrives, the full booked-service fee applies. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Booking and lead time
Completing the steps in Aesthetic Record creates an appointment on the calendar. Booking at least 48 hours ahead is preferred. Earlier availability may be considered case by case and is not guaranteed.

Howdy IV does not accept insurance. All services are self-pay. A card is kept on file for booking and cancellation terms. Treatment payment is due at the time of service. Current treatment and add-on pricing is shown in Aesthetic Record.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is available case by case and remains subject to provider availability. Contact Howdy IV as early as possible if plans change.
Address and clinical approval
Enter the treatment address securely in Aesthetic Record. Our nurse reviews whether it can be served before the visit is approved. A booked appointment remains subject to the required Good Faith Exam and clinical eligibility review.
